Register today for GO TO 2040 comprehensive regional plan launch event, Oct. 13

We received a nice note from our partners at CMAP this morning, and want to pass along their reminder to register by the end of this month for the launch of GO TO 2040, on Oct. 13:

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) appreciates efforts of the Metropolitan Planning Council and its partners who have contributed to development of the GO TO 2040 comprehensive regional plan

Please join CMAP at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, at the Harris Theater Rooftop Terrace in Millennium Park to launch the plan's all-important implementation phase. Earlier that day, the CMAP Board and MPO Policy Committee will vote on adoption of the plan. RSVP by Sept. 30 via the web or phone (312) 676-7459. This event will be to thank and inspire all who have participated in GO TO 2040 to date, and all across the region who will now help CMAP to lead its implementation.
