Dominic Tocci

Background

Dominic joined MPC in 2008 to manage MPC’s efforts to foster collaboration among suburban communities on shared housing issues. Though collaborative efforts are proceeding in four clusters in the region, Dominic has been deeply involved in helping launch the two newer collaborations in south and west Cook County. He is helping these two groups of communities, who have been hit hard by the foreclosure crisis, develop a targeted strategy and coordinated approach to attracting and implementing Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funding. In the process, Dominic has developed a strong knowledge of NSP regulations. Beyond NSP, Dominic works with all four clusters to identify ways to achieve a balanced housing stock in each sub-region.

Prior to joining MPC, Dominic spent 10 years with Deloitte Consulting in Chicago and Boston. Dominic is now a happy resident of Oak Park, Ill., with his wife, two sons and two cats. He loves his neighborhood’s walkability and access to public transit.
