Join the Chicago Park District, Openlands, and the City of Blue Island for paddling at the Nature Block Party of Urban Biodiversity Week at William Powers Recreation Area, and learn about the history and ecology of Wolf Lake! Learn about water trails in Calumet and how to get involved in paddling and stewardship. Participate in other activities at the Block Party as well, including a bird walk, archery and fishing.
