The Illinois Coastal Management Program (ICMP), like all states with a Coastal Management Program, is charged with addressing nonpoint source pollution. In cooperation with the Illinois EPA 319 program, ICMP has developed a program report to guide their long term commitment to helping address nonpoint source pollution in the Coastal Zone.
