The Illinois Coastal Management Program (ICMP), like all states with a Coastal Management Program, is charged with addressing nonpoint source pollution. In cooperation with the Illinois EPA 319 program, ICMP has developed a program report to guide their long term commitment to helping address nonpoint source pollution in the Coastal Zone.

The ICMP is hosting three public meetings to present the program and provide municipalities, residents, business owners and organizations an opportunity to give feedback on and ask questions about the program. The draft program and a feedback form available here:  http://www.dnr.illinois.gov/cmp/Pages/NonpointPollutionProgram.aspx
