Business Leaders for Transportation hosts TEA-3 educational forums and provides participants with a TEA-3 toolkit.

Continuing an effort to spark and inform public discussion on the critical importance to northeastern Illinois of federal transportation funding and the reauthorization of TEA-21, Business Leaders for Transportation hosts educational forums for local leaders and the business community with members of Congress representing the region.
At these outreach meetings, members of the business community and local leaders hear from congressional leaders on federal transportation spending reauthorization, state transportation funding, public transportation, and other key issues. In addition, they provide a forum for business leaders to discuss transportation issues important to them.
In order to stay involved, attendees receive copies of Business Leaders’ TEA-3 Toolkit , a set of information on the reauthorization of the federal transportation bill (commonly referred to as TEA-3) and tips on how to make their voices heard by decision makers in Washington, D.C.:
