Jeremy Glover

Jeremy joined MPC in August 2017 as a Transportation Associate, supporting the organization’s transportation initiatives with his technical background and broad range of interests. He also assists other program areas with research and GIS expertise.

Jeremy received a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University, where he concentrated in transportation and land use. While working at the Voorhees Transportation Center, he contributed to ongoing Complete Streets research and supported bicycle and pedestrian outreach and advocacy efforts. As a Gallagher Family Fellow, he analyzed metrics of community resiliency and identified new areas of interest for New Jersey municipalities planning for climate change and hazard mitigation. He also represented the planning and policy program at the institutional level in the Rutgers Graduate Student Association.

Before graduate school, Jeremy worked at the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, a New York-based nonprofit that partners with cities around the country to pilot, replicate, and sustain programs that provide financial stability to thousands. He helped CFE Fund’s partners use their data to weave compelling narratives and show program impact.

Originally from St. Louis, he went north to the Twin Cities for undergrad at Macalester College. After a stint out east, he returned to the Midwest with his wife and two cats. He currently resides in Wicker Park, where he enjoys snapping pictures of the neighborhood’s historic homes and sampling its many delicious eats.
